Qui Gong is a Chinese technique of losing weight. The major thing which you have to in this technique is how to breathe in correct possible way. If you are able to learn the technique then the world is yours. I am an expert in tai chi which is an ancient martial art. In this art slow movement are practiced with deep breathing in order to keep you healthy and physically fit. I am practicing this technique for over 34 years. During this regime, I have full control over all the pains, resistance to the diseases and drug side effects.

Qui Gong is a martial art technique which was originally practiced by an Indian Monk who travelled to China about four thousand years ago. He taught his self developed martial art system to the Buddhist Monks at the Shaolin Temple. After his teaching many other medical arts have also originated there.

Yoga, Thai Chi and Qui Gong are very similar techniques. Now days these techniques are very common among people, whatever their age may be. They practice these techniques for self defense, cure themselves from the diseases.

There are about eight things which you have to practice in Qui-Gong. If you learn these things then you are able to learn whole of the art. These eight things include pressing the heavens with two hands, drawing the bow, separating the heaven and the earth, the owl that is wise gazes backwards, punch yourself with a gaze which is angry, bounce on your toes, the big bear turns from side to side, and touching the toes and bending in a position backwards.

All of these things must be practiced in a right and efficient manner in order to get the most efficient results.
